Mentorship is a crucial aspect of personal and professional growth. Develop your training programs with Eddie Gracio - an experienced Coach with more than 15 years of experience as a Personal trainer, Head Coach, Gym Owner and athlete’s coach. The Mentorship is built with your goals in mind. The sessions are scheduled based on your availability and working pace.

8-WEEK/ SESSIONS COURSE

You will have the chance to learn from one of the best Coaches in Europe over eight weeks and/or sessions. Each session will target a different aspect of a coaching job: aerobic and anaerobic capacity, nutrition, periodization, program design, and strength and weightlifting. By the end of each session, we'll make time to review your questions and training programs.

HELPFUL RESOURCES

At the end of every session, we provide helpful online resources to continue exploring what you’ve learned - which books to read, YouTube videos, documentaries - anything that helps you keep progressing. You’ll also receive the mentorship documents to access whenever needed. We’re happy to share as much as we can to help you strive.
