Program details:

7 DAYS OF PROGRAM

If you have classes every day, you'll get the program for every day - no discussion. You'll get the program two to three weeks in advance.

This advanced delivery ensures that our staff can adequately prepare and be fully briefed for each class session.

Program Structure

With more than five years of programming experience for CrossFit Hammersmith and CrossFit Shepherd's Bush, we have collected expertise and feedback to deliver an efficient training program. You'll find a warm-up, a strength or skill piece, and a workout each day. Each session will guide coaches and members in getting an accurate idea of the program.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Being a powerful advocate of an individual approach, we schedule a monthly call to hear your feedback, concerns and members' opinions on the program and classes.

We'll add regular staff meetings to ensure the coaching is consistent across all timetables.

£500/ moNTH

An individual approach is always the best solution, and gym classes are no different. The program is tailored to your cap class, equipment and goals. Expect periodization, weightlifting, strength and skill cycles and workouts categorized in three gears.

You'll get the classes program with adaptations and accessory work each week.
