Individual Training sessions
Some train 90 min per day, others train 4 hours per day. Here, we create an Individual Training Plan that is aligned with your goals, schedule, and competitions. You’ll receive skills, strength, and accessory work tailored to your needs and weaknesses.
Each completed session will be reviewed by our team, providing you feedback to keep evolving.
individual SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY
We schedule a monthly call to review your goals, calendar, nutrition, training, and behaviours. This is a moment when you can talk with the Coach about anything. In addition to the call, the Team will be constantly available to help you with any questions or guidance you might need.
You'll never feel that's a solo trip here.
Nutritional guidance
We believe that training and nutrition go hand in hand in the athlete’s journey, so our program includes guidance on Nutrition, regarding your goals, lifestyle, and diet.
Here, you’ll get direction on macronutrients, food and calories to fuel your goals.
Monthly Membership
£300/ moNTH
We program through periodization, considering the athlete’s abilities, potential, learning characteristics, and the demands of the athlete’s sport, regardless of the performance level. This means our programs are planned with a one-year calendar.
We consider the athlete’s tolerance level, gender, background, biological and training age, so every program is 100% individual.
The starting line is always a battery of tests to see the athlete’s conditioning, strength and skill.
